The shift part is fairly easy if all you're trying to do is fix the 
perspective distortion.  But it can't do the sideways shift trick of 
removing the photographer and camera from a mirror in the image.

The tilt stuff is much harder but I think it can be done my using 
multiple images all focused at different distances and then smoothly 
blending multiple layers into a single image.  Never tried it though.
