Yes, we gave away our lexmark copier/fax and flatbed machines to a 
thrift store due to excessive ink usage.  "New" ink cartridges were 
unusually light, as if they were empty, if you didn't print something on 
a regular basis, you'd find the cartridges dried up or empty.  Black 
cartridge cost $36+ per pop, color about the same.  The fax machine 
almost caught on fire once, melting the head of the cartridge (Lexmark 
sent me a refurb by UPS, but the Lexmark service rep in India refused to 
replace the melted cartridge).

Oh yeah?  Take THAT!
