[OM] Getting my heart restarted

We'll be on the Blue Ridge Parkway for four or five days next week. I just
checked the National Park Service web site for road conditions, which are fine,
and reading this little blurb there has started my photographic blood pumping
again:

"The Blue Ridge Parkway, sometimes called 'America's Favorite Drive', is the
most visited unit of America's National Park System. A trip down the Parkway
provides stunning, long range vistas and close-up looks at the natural and
cultural history of the southern Appalachian mountains. The 469 mile drive is
designed as a drive-awhile and stop-awhile experience, so please don't be in a
hurry. Spring is a wonderful time to visit and May is probably the best overall
month for seeing the variety of wildflowers that dominate the roadsides and
trails."

We've "done" the parkway a dozen times or more, but it's been a while, and I
had almost forgotten about the profusion of springtime flowers. Of course I'm
taking the E-1, et al, but this looks like a definite reason to also take along
the E-330, 50/2 DZ macro, and both twin and ring flashes. Heck, I may even
throw in a tripod, particularly since I have discovered the back of the SSR is
spacious enough to accommodate one with the legs fully extended, which makes a
lazy person more inclined to use it.

I may also have to take along the 50/2 Zuiko for the Odyssey OM-1.

Maybe I can get my photo mojo working again next week. I completely missed
this TOPE. :-[
