Priit, welcome, I think you are the first OM-lister from Estonia! And
congartualtions on getting a 4T which will keep you happy, for sure. The 4T
may be discontinued, but the last stock of new 4T cameras sold here in UK
for over USD2000, such was the desperation of customers to get them.
Battery/MD caps for the 4T are still available (with other items) from
http://www.zuiko.com/Whatsleft.htm at USD12. The site is operated by John
Hermanson, also a list member, with an extremely high reputation for OM
repair work, by the way.
There is also a source in Germany listing them for a similar price (€8.50)
http://kurt-loeper-fototechnik.de/ but Kurt has not updated his website
(which is in German) for more than one year, so I am not sure if he still
has them in stock (he lists the 49-72 adapter for the 18mm lens - but it is
not in stock). Send him a message to check.

I guess I'm sort of late to jump on the bandwagon, but since yesterday I'm a
happy owner of a shiny new OM-4T. Well, I suppose it's not really that shiny
or new, but still great looking ;)
I consider myself a beginner when it comes to photography, although I've
used Nikon AF (film) system for a while now. Switching to an even older,
discontinued camera may not be the most prudent thing to do, but ever since
I saw a good deal on the Olympus I just had to have it. It seemed to have
everything I was missing from my previous camera and none of the features I
considered useless. By the way, I ended up missing that good deal and buying
the camera at 2x the price anyway..
I have a question too, the body is missing the motor coupling socket cover.
Are these things relatively common, perhaps even interchangeable with some
other camera, or am I out of luck? I suppose some tape could suffice in
emergency.
Well, looking forward to participating in the list, even though I'm usually
more of a lurker type.
