Thanks.  It's easy to make.  The bracket is just a piece of 1" x 1/8" 
aluminum barstock cut from a 3 foot piece bought at Lowe's for less than 
$5.  A drill, 1/4" bit, hacksaw, file and some 1/4x20 brass screws and 
nuts and you're in business.  The support stud in the center comes with 
the umbrella bracket which attaches all to the lightstand.
