I saw a short description of an optional C*non focusing screen that is 
supposed to improve accuracy when manually focusing lenses. It had a too 
vague note that it would reduce the brightness of lenses that were not f2.8 
or faster. I wonder if anyone has used it ... ?

I didn't see any screens for the 5D on the katzeyeoptics.com web site. They 
have a note on the title page that it is being researched.

When I tried to use an Oly 1-8 screen at 50mm, it always looked focused even 
when I knew it couldn't be.

What does matter is Chuck's eyes.  Anyhow, more testing and checking to
go.  I'll check the adapter thickness with a guage.
