The little woman and I are flying out of ORD Saturday morning for a week
in Boca Chica, Dominican Republic. Bringing the E1/14-54 and my spiffy
new (to me) T32. Haven't decided if I'm going to pack real light and
leave the 65-200 home or not. Gots me two 512's and one shiny new 2gb
CF cards, and a empty 12gb hard drive in the ThinkPad for offloading, so
I'll probably try shooting raw.
Haven't decided what kind of off-campus activities I'll have an
opportunity to shoot...all the reviews we've read so far say that
wandering off the resort is a very risky thing to do. We'll take one or
two organized tours, so there should be some non-resort things to see.
I have to set up a photo gallery on my server so I can actually post up
here instead of just hanging out....
If internet access isn't too stupidly expensive, I've got the laptop
with me so I should be able to check email at least a couple of times. I
hate to miss the witty repartee around these here parts.
