Assuming this is OS X: try selecting an existing ORF file (or
whatever format you export from your Oly) that you can see in
Finder, selecting Get Info, and changing the "Open with:" to Olympus
Viewer and then clicking on Change All... to make it effective for
all ORFs (or whatever). I can't try that myself right now, but I
have used that to select, say, Adobe Acrobat Reader instead of Preview.
