Yup, that's the one.  It's the cheapest and perfectly adequate to the 
task.  There are a zillion of them for sale on the bay where the going 
price seems to be $25-35.

You can spend gobs more money such as for this Custom Brackets model

It has feet to stand the camera/flash up when you set it down.  It also 
has a cool circular fixture that smoothly rotates the camera rather than 
the flash.  However, they fail to note that, having rotated the camera 
90 degrees with respect to the flash, the angular coverage of the flash 
head no longer matches the camera.  With a stroboframe the flash head is 
rotated 180 degrees when switching from horizontal to vertical and 
proper angular coverage is maintained.
