Never been there but I've seen lots of photos of the Sugar Land suburbs. 
  It's a pretty place with lots of trees.  Now, just where in California 
do you think you can buy a 3400 sq. foot house for only $1,230,000? 
Haven't been paying attention to Jeff's real estate photos, eh?
