Winsor, Winsor, Winsor.

Don't you know that "planning" is out of fashion?  Federal government
doesn't do it nor do a lot of corporations.  This is an era of "going
with your gut".

Oh, to amuse/confuse the rest of us they claim to have "plans", but
that would mean they have a clue.  They don't, of course.  That's
good, because it lets them deny the failures their lack of "planning"
eventually creates.

Pretty neat system, eh?

For reference, look up "golden parachute" and "speaking engagements".
