Oh Jim!
You bring back bad memories for me ;) . Last Christmas my wife and I were
traveling back from the UK and this was about the time that many airlines
changed the checked baggage allowances. We went out with bags under the old
rules but came back under the new rule. So picture the scene at the check in
desk as my wife and I have to redistribute nearly 40lbs(!) of stuff between
the three cases we had and our carry on. Most of it ended up in carry on....
That isn't going to work now... Yikes!
