FYI, the E-Volt symbologue is only for North American markets.....thank God
it's not over here or in Europe

I believe that Pentax WILL continue to use the *ist (supposed to be STARIST)
symbologue for their higher-end cameras. The K prefix is a deliberate
marketing move to invoke memories of the K1000 - you're spot on there, Ali.

Olympus could use a knock in the head!
