If you put it on eBay and are completely straightforward about it
(i.e., don't call it a "cleaning mark"), not giving up the least
suggestion that it will make any discernable difference in image
capture, which it won't, I imagine that because of the rarity and
intrinsic value of the lens you won't take any beating at all.  Set
your reserve $50 lower than you had intended perhaps, but be prepared
to be pleasantly surprised.
