Along these lines I did all the 'negotiating' on the last new vehicle I
purchased over the internet. Wife and I had been by, seen what we liked
(there were two very similar vehicles, one was just optioned much more
to our liking), and I contacted the dealer's internet salesperson. We
'haggled' on line. Was quite quick and quite painless. No pressure
could be exerted through the PC.
