It's sad but most people in the US only speak one language. Most have not
felt the need to learn languages other than English as they didn't go to
places where they needed those skills to communicate. The fact that many
people in other countries have learned English means tourists can travel
many places without learning local languages. With so much business now
being global the lack of language skills hurts this country. When you learn
a country's language you also learn about their culture and that's important
when conducting business.
I'm glad people on the list are willing to use English as I'm one of those
klutzes that doesn't use my native language very well, let alone any other
tongue.

Hi Michael,
Do not be concerned. Your English is perfectly understandable.
Small mistakes you might make are very typical of those for whom English
has come later, as a second language, but those are forgivable and any
English speaker will be able to understand the meaning of what you
intended to say.
