I have had a quick look at this software and here is what I see,

all photo's processed with standard setting and uploaded the same way to 
smugmug

first iview processed image

second lightroom processed image
http://thattimeoflife.smugmug.com/photos/105500095-L.jpg  file size 3.9mb
and thirdly silkypix
http://thattimeoflife.smugmug.com/photos/105500097-L.jpg file size  2.5mb
and lastly olyviewer
http://thattimeoflife.smugmug.com/photos/105500506-L.jpg file size 4.2mb

what I did notice is that the default settings for silkypix include 
sharpening and a big difference in produced jpg file sizes.
