Hi,
Well, I'm two weeks late with this message (due to very busy times, once
more), but this is the official message to announce that the TOPE 28
("Rain") shooting interval is now over.
I have already received a few entries, and if you haven't sent in an
entry (or if you have, and you didn't receive a confirmation from me),
you can do so now. :)
Note: the go-live date for TOPE 28 is most likely going to be Wednesday,
November 15th.
