There are a number of things that can jam an OM.  You may not realize it 
but if your OM-1's have never been serviced they quite likely contain 
foam around the penraprism that deteriorates and damages the paint and 
silvering on the prism.  When it happens it shows itself as some 
darkened spots in the viewfiner.

Perhaps its time to give the two bodies a nice spa treatment by sending 
them to John or Clint for a good CLA and preventive prism foam removal. 
  You won't recognize them when they come back and they'll be all set 
for the 25 years.
