I saved my AR turntable and (2) direct drive Technics turntables from 
the 70's (a 1200 and 1400).  Technology has changed drastically enough 
for me remove the laserdisc player from the rack and re-install one of 
the turntables.  Never had the space until now. Also ready to be "taken 
out" are the cassette recorder and VHS machine.
