Okayyyy.  Funny how that works, isn't it.

A convicted murder gets his high priced attorney fees paid for.

If your average guy can't afford a good attorney, he ends up in the 
clink... Even tho' he may indeed be not really guilty, but he can't 
prove it, because he can't force a DNA test or three, and he certainly 
can't afford a capital crime specialist attorney.   Sighhh.

There are inequities everywhere.
