It definitely sounds like it needs to go to Oly hospital. One thing
you might try first is a thorough cleaning of the contacts on the
lens and in the mount to make sure there is not some oily residue
that is interfereing with communication between them.
If you send it in you may need to send the lenses as well. Probably
you should contact Oly first to be sure.
