It is not real clear on the Tokina website, but I am pretty sure that 
all of the DX lenses are for digital APS-C sized sensors and will not 
work on 35mm film cameras.

The 25-200 ATX film lens is also still available from a number of 
retailers as are some other lenses that no longer appear on the Tokina website.
