Well, is that a tongue-in-cheek questions, or serious? I too
bought my OM1 with a six digit s/n 50/1.4. I have a 135/3.5
(and 2.8) and a 35/2.8, but that 50/1.4 almost never leaves
the OM1 - I might eventually get rid of all my film stuff,
perhaps, one day, but the OM1 and 50/1.4 will always stay.
Them, plus Kodak's C41 black-and-white film, have produced
several of my favourite images, and although there is "sharp"
included in that favouritism, it's not the only thing by
a long shot. Try it, and see if you're worrying (or not if
tongue-in-cheek :-) ) over nothing.

I don't think you'll find it a setback, but, of course, you'll
soon buy another 50, just to be sure, or because you saw one
at a garage sale, or were watching an eb*y auction or simply
because...well, you're here, so you've already taken that
first step in admitting you've got a problem. <vbg>

Cheers,
Marc (Not sure why he has a 135/3.5 and 135/2.8)
