He can't respond about this one since it's with JH for a CLA before
going on to Jeff.
I thought I had reported the data on this lens for the multicoating lens
survey but apparently not. My copy of the survey results don't include
this lens. But the other 3 high serial numbers above 1,100,000 listed
there also do not say "MC". This lens has a serial number higher than
the others listed there so should serve to extend the range. The other
high serial number lenses reported there were; 1101300, 1130420 and
1159000 (0 as the last one or two digits is probably a place holder in
the survey report) It could also be that there is a later copy of the
MC lens survey that I don't have. Mine is dated May 9, 1999. My how
time flies.
