Your assumption that the name on the package is related to the actual 
manufacturer seems to me to be naive. Rebranded goods are extremely 
commonplace. My bet, based on the picture, is that if you buy them, you 
will find that they say Energizer 303/357 on the battery itself.

The implication is that we will have to put up with slightly shorter 
battery life, but not as bad as with lithium and alkaline batteries. 
That battery size is used in gazillions of things, including some I've 
bought in the last few days. It isn't going away, nor are silver oxide 
batteries, at least not for decades - unless a superior technology comes 
along in the same size.
