I was answering the point about the distinction between Lightroom and
Photoshop.  (sure, many if not all raw converters allow non-destructive
changes)
What Adobe have said is they'll draw the line on the features available in
Lightroom where they can no longer simply keep the changes non-destructive.
So for more complex edits you'll still need Photoshop.
