[OM] As long as we're in flash mode

Ignoring Dr. Flash's flash metering methods can lead to poor exposures but....
Occasionally wish a bit of fill flash for macro to make the colors pop a bit
with heavy overcast. The changing distances and magnifications with the auto
tube lead to synaptic overload with moving targets. (perhaps I need more
practice) I've seen posts from some regarding the F280 with mammary glands and
boar hogs in the same sentence, though wonder if this flash will do macro TTL
fill. I've never used one. If it is on the -2 side of fill (don't think so)
one might be able to increase it using the John Lind bright fill method: Lying
to the camera on the ISO of the film to under expose and using the compensation
so the flash makes up the difference over ambient. If the fill is already too
bright, don't see any easy way to adjust that using TTL metering. Has anyone
measured the fill with the F280? Most comment it is on the bright side. Don't
know if the electronics are fast enough, though
the T20 and T32 seem to do OK at f8 or>. (no experience below that)
Just a thought.
