Neither had I. Every day, you can learn something new. My mother used to tell 
me almost daily to mind my P's and Q's, and I'm sure she didn't know what it 
really meant, being a confirmed teetotaler. And in my most recent post, I used 
the term "immediate family." What the hell does that mean? None of them are 
"immediate."

And I guess I forgot (gasp) about my children and grandchildren, who would be 
considered "immediate family." I was thinking about those of my generation, and 
before.

Just getting old and having some occasional confusement.
