They are nice lenses; quite small and lightweight. At about $126 you
could probably find a good 35-70mm f3.6 which is significantly heavier
but probably a little better image quality. The third option would be
the 35-105mm f3.5-4.5. It is also bigger and heavier than the 35-70mm
f3.5-4.5 with comparable image quality.
A very rough guess at prices:
35-70mm f3.5-4.5 - $75
35-70mm f3.6 - $140
35-105mm f3.5-4.5 - $140
Some of KEH bargain grade lenses show quite a bit of wear but not all.
The 35-70mm f3.5-4.5 has quite a bit of plastic. It won't normally
show a lot of wear. I'm not sure why KEH would be putting one in
bargain condition. A KEH E+ will probably look like new to anyone but
the most careful inspector.
