I just loaded 22 new photos to the Flickr site, 12 of San Lorenzo River
Redwoods in Castle Rock State Park, and 10 of the trip to Pine Mountain (6
mile round trip) in Big Basin Redwoods State Park, dodging rain both days,
in other words, the weather was wonderful.
There are also 10 new Super Macro shots in this last 2 days of pictures.
For Moose and the others that had exclaimed they hadn't seen trees covered
in Lichens, I took one shot while it was 'spittin' droplets at us. That
picture was well off the beaten trail and it was a real mess (fun) finding
our way around in an area that hasn't had humans walking in it for at least
several decades, even the critters don't like all the stuff to trip on, if
they have to walk instead of fly, like the shy woodpeckers we saw.
