I guess you have to specify "ideal". I meant in terms of stability.
All you need is a bag of portland cement, some sand, a few boards for
a form, and a 2 1/2" 1/4"x20 bolt.
Of course, if your specification for "ideal" includes "portability,"
this won't work at all. :-)
