Multicoated?
The Sigma's of that era tend to have reliability issues - SIGnificant
MAlfunction was the joke. But that model has a fair reputation.
The RMC line is not Tokina's best - they had four levels of quality.
ATI is the pro-grade as I remember.
Ideally you should test both but if you're ebaying, that's not
possible of course.
It is likely that there is more difference between individual samples
of each brand than between the brands themselves - so it's what you
murkins call a 'crap shoot' I think.
