Does anybody have an opinion about how the two films compare?

Sensia is the "amateur" film, while Provia and others are the "professional"
versions. There has been much speculation as to what the difference is
(edges of master rolls, age, post manufacture selection, phases of moons)
and apparently no one at Fuji is talking. At one time, Sensia was similar,
if not identical to Astia, a sadly underappreciated low contrast film, but
several years ago, it had been said that it was now Provia. Provia is the
standard film for most pros, as it is more saturated than Astia, but not
cartoonishly so, and a bit more contrasty than Astia, but not so much as to
totally block out highlights. I suspect that if the change was made, it was
to cater to the more modern taste for more saturated and contrasty results.

Whatever the difference, it remains a good film.
