[OM] New calibrations E-system lenses for PTLens

For those who use the PTLens correction program by Tom Niemann 

I have taken the pictures needed for calibration of the new E-system
lenses which came with my E-400 kit and submitted those to Tom.
He did a very quick job, and the calibration data are now in the
program zip-file (or in the .dat file, whichever you are using).

The newly calibrated lenses are: 
Zuiko Digital ED 14-42mm 1:3.5-5.6
Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm 1:4.0-5.6
