WM's primary goal is to avoid paying health care benefits.  That
responsibility then falls back on the individual and since most folks
working less than 30 hours a week can't afford it, their health care
costs eventually fall to states and ultimately, taxpayers.  Which is
yet another reason to not buy from WM/Sam's Club.
