Of course - but my point was that people tend not to think of 150ft  
trees as 'weeds.'
And I have a serious rhododendron in my front garden - about 25ft  
high by 20ft dia.
I believe that they were invasive in the English forests, what's left  
of them.
You might be surprised by what's considered a noxious weed here.
The usual definition of a weed is broader than just 'wrong place' -  
it involves some idea of rampant invasive growth as well.
My immediate list includes -
English Ivy
Agapanthus
Tradescantia
Angle Onion
Blue Periwinkle
Yorkshire Fog (grass)
Oat Grass
Bamboo (various)
'Sycamore maple'
and on and on - some would be welcome elswhere.
