Operating a camera in the cold with gloves is a big issue with
Reichmann at Luminous Landscape. He is a Canadian too. It is one of
the things he likes about his Canons and it is something he almost
always looks at when he reviews a camera. My initial reaction to
some of the controls on some of the Canons is that they feel so crude
next to those on my Nikon, but I realize now that the Canon controls
are probably perfect with gloves on and the Nikon ones might not
give so much feedback in that situation.
