Although I suggested the lighter fluid treatment I'm with Chris. As
long as you have some chance of returning it don't mess with it. Only
do what I suggested as a last resort. You'll likely get the blades
unstuck but also likely remove any lube in the shutter so it will have
to be re-lubed.
