Whoa! You almost got me there, Winsor.
Then I thought about it and checked. Body alone form B&H, delivered,
$689.50. Body and lens from Dell, including tax, $733.24.
I have no use for that lens I would, in effect, be paying $56.26 for and
doubt I would net that much for on a resale, not even counting the
hassle. Results would be different where State tax isn't a factor.
I have thought about upgrading my back-up/tele camera from a 300D, but I
guess not yet.
