Was this one shot at Winsor's recommended f/8?  I think I'd even try 
f/5.6.  In addition to the pixel diffraction problem I think these 
shorter focal length lenses for smaller sensor cameras tend to have 
sweet spots a stop or two lower than we've been accustomed to with 35mm 
lenses.  If it were me I'd try ISO 100,200 and 400 at f/4, 5.6, 8 and 
11.  If the right image isn't found in that group send it back.

ps:  I think I'd also only print an 8x10 cropped from 1/4 of the image. 
  Printing 16x20's has got to get expensive after a while.
