Exposing Ctein's digital ignorance may be a form of cruel humor. I
never heard of him either before looking at the Mike blog. In his
most recent post he "discovered" local contrast adjustment! In an
earlier article he demonstrated what you could get with a key chain
digital camera missing the whole point celebrating the badness.
Puts has been around for years and gets the official Leica imprimatur
on his books which is going to guarantee that bending his point of
view to the corporate outlook is going to make it weird.
Have not seen Puts, but Mike and Ctein both have beards that border
on weird, one looking like a 19th century fundamentalist preacher and
the other looking like he would be at home running a moonshine still.
Is that the entrance fee?
