Hi Jez,
When you make an international transfer, one of the things you
specify is who should pay the charges. It can be either the sender,
or the receiver, or shared. In order for the EU rule (that intra-EU
transfers in EUR cost the same as domestic transfers in the
originating country) to apply, you must choose the "shared" option.
