Anybody remember the recent discussion about battery covers and cases
from greenbatteries.com? I had ordered ten AA battery cases as well as
two covers each for Canon an Minolta lithium-ion batteries. At some
point during the ordering process the inventory system told me the
Minolta covers were out of stock. I cursed my bad luck thinking I'd
have to pay shipping costs again if I had to order later.
I completed the order and sent the company an email telling them I was
disappointed the Minolta covers were out of stock. Before the end of
the day I got a reply from Curtis Randolph that they were not out of
stock and something was wrong somewhere and they would investigate. A
couple of days after that I got another email from Curtis saying he had
sent me a couple of Minolta covers. And a couple of days later they
appeared in the mail. Gratis. No charge, no shipping. Nice guy.
