Somewhere else someone said that this "satisfaction" was with the
feature set. Nothing to do with long term ownership, reliability,
customer service. I think it adds up to zero significance, actually.
As for JD Power, is there any automobile make that does not post a
winning JD Power rating in their advertising? In my opinion their
surveys are just a narrow range product they sell to advertisers.
They are not really providing useful consumer information, just the
illusion of it.
