Triumph Sprint ST (er, currently headless due to valve trouble, but
back on the road soon). The one in the first picture here:

The camera is on a compact ball head which is in turn screwed to the
top yoke. I found a couple of whitworth taps on ebay, and a suitable
sized bolt, cut the head off the bolt, drilled & tapped a suitable
hole in the top yoke (carefully avoiding any webs on the underside)
and put the bolt stub into that, holding it with locking compound.
There's just enough room for the ignition key.
