It didn't take as long as I thought to get the examples.  There are four
examples with a 50mm lens, four with a 135mm lens, all using a chip
programmed for 51mm focal length:

Keep in mind that the lenses are both 42mm screw.

Any idea how much precision is required in the focal length?  Are, for
example, 85 and 90mm lenses or even 85 and 100mm lenses close enough for the
IS to work properly given some intermediate setting?
