Ahhh.  It was hard to tell from the wording whether you were allowed to 
add a profit margin on top of the cost of the book.  I know in the long 
run that would definitely make it more attractive.

And if he wants it to be not-for-profit, that's also noble and cool. 
However, it wouldn't hurt to throw a few shekels his way as well -- 
GeeBee's put a lot of time and effort into those images.
