Take your pick - duct tape or epoxy!
Roll it back and use a very thin line of Pliobond or similar 'soft'
contact adhesive or some decent, thin double-sided tape. Just as you
would for sticking down body coverings. Avoid any holes, joints or
screw heads with liquid glue.
The original tape has probably failed and may need removing.
