Some may recall my abortive experience with the Tamron 28-300 VC lens.
Supposed to be my favorite lens with IS added - only it didn't IS.
Now, going on three months later, I just got notice that the version
that is supposed to work is on its way FedEx overnight, due tomorrow. I
know I shouldn't be so excited. After all it's no E-3 with 12-60, and
who knows if they actually work yet, but I can't help myself.
There are more than a handful of shots from the NE trip and since that
are less than they might have been with IS.
Ooooh, I'm all jumpy.
